Return & Exchange Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your item. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

1. Size Issues: If the item does not fit as expected.
2. Wrong Product Received: If you received a different item than what you ordered.
3. Ordered in Error: If you mistakenly ordered the wrong item.
4. Changed My Mind: If you decide you no longer want the item.
5. Damaged or Defective Item: If the item arrives damaged or with defects.
6. Quality Issues: If the item does not meet your expectations in terms of quality.

Non-Eligible Items

• Sale Items: Items purchased on sale are not eligible for refunds. However, exchanges are possible under the following conditions:
  • The item is defective or damaged.
  • The item was incorrectly sent by The Korhean Store.

Refund Eligibility & Timeframes

1. Refund Eligibility: Refunds will only be issued after the product has passed the quality check.
2. Refund Timeframes: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the payment details mentioned by you for the refund or, if possible, to the original payment method. Transaction charges or shipping charges, if any, will be deducted from the refund amount. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Return/Replace Request Process

2. Return Authorization: You will receive a return authorization number and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
3. Shipping: Shipping charges for returning the item under any circumstances will be paid by the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the wrong product was sent by The Korhean Store, we will cover the shipping charges for the exchange.
4. Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange.

Non-Refundable/Non-Cancellable Products or Services

1. Personalized or Custom Items: Items that have been customized or personalized are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation.
2. Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation.
3. Gift Cards: Gift cards cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled.

Cancellation Procedures, Fees, and Requirements

1. Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@thekorheanstore.in or WhatsApp us at 8268237240.
2. Cancellation Fees: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours without any fees. After 24 hours, a cancellation fee of Rs 50 may be applied.
3. Requirements: Provide your order number and reason for cancellation when requesting to cancel an order.

Standard Delivery Time (after order is shipped)

• Metros: 2-5 business days.
• Rest of India: 3-7 business days.
• Shipping Cost: Standard shipping is free.

Express Delivery Time (after order is shipped)

• Metro: 1-2 business days.
• Rest of India: 2-3 business days.
• Shipping Cost: Express shipping costs Rs 100.
