Refunds are applicable only for approved return cases.
Refund Process
  1. Return request is reviewed
  2. Product is received and inspected
  3. Refund is initiated upon approval
Refund Methods

Refunds are processed through:

  • Original payment method, or
  • UPI / QR transfer (on request) for faster processing
Refund Timeline
  • Initiated within 5–7 business days after approval
  • Final credit depends on your bank/payment provider
COD Charges
  • A ₹50 COD fee is applicable
  • This fee is non-refundable in:

    Returns
    Order cancellations
Important Notes
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) may not be refundable
  • Refunds are processed only after product verification
